Your booking confirmation will be emailed to you after you complete your booking. You can also visit the Intercontinental Hotel Miami Reservation Portal or call the Intercontinental Miami Reservation Department at 1-800-327-3005 for reservation inquiries.

Please visit the Intercontinental Hotel Miami Reservation Portal to modify or cancel your housing reservation. You can also call the Intercontinental Hotel Miami Reservation Department at 1-800-327-3005 or contact the Intercontinental Hotel Miami Reservations Manager, Heather Murri, at (305)372-4746. Reservations must be canceled at least seventy-two (72) hours prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation or No-Show penalty equal to one night's room or full amount.

The Intercontinental Miami determines refund policies. To view the refund policy, please review your booking confirmation email or visit the Intercontinental Hotel Miami Reservation Portal.

Email reminders will be sent out from early to late summer if you have booked a hotel reservation but have not registered for the CEU event. If you do not proceed to register for the event after the email reminders, your hotel reservation may be canceled if other registered attendees require hotel rooms. If they do not, you will be responsible for your reservation charges in line with the hotel's cancellation policy regardless of whether you attend CEU or not.
